“Your privacy is highly important to me. When you contact me I will need to collect information about you (such as your contact details and address) so as to be able to process your request for my services. The information you provide me with will not be shared with third parties without your written consent unless I am required to do so by law. I may send you a questionnaire to complete in advance of our meeting, such that I have the appropriate information to complete as thorough a consultation service with you as possible. This information will be used for the purposes of your case only, unless otherwise indicated by me and approved by you in writing. I will take all necessary steps that I can to protect any information you provide me with, however I cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online. Information that you provide me will be stored for a period of 7 years from last contact. This accommodates a timescale in which action may be taken for breaches of the law (please see the Limitation Act 1980) for example were a client to dispute that had service had been provided lawfully.”
